It's the thought that matters,
Not the amount of flowers or letters.
If I've caused much harm and worry,
This day,I would like to say sorry.

Thank you with a 1000 thanks,
and go to all lengths,
to show gratitude.
You held success,
in merely your own hands.

And you endeavoured to mend,
our flaws that never seemed to end.
And though that task is still progressing,
And your burden is only slowly but
steadily lessening.

Deep down in my heart,
Love lay,
and today,
it just wants to say,
"HAPPY TEACHERS DAY!"
